  • Although it is weird that I received this survey right after calling to speak with a staff member and was transferred and hung up on and the call not returned , I will still move forward with providing my feedback for my appointment today. Receptionist was polite and promptly provided me with my initial paperwork. The wait wasn’t long before being called back for my consultation. I spoke with the doctor /dentist about her plans for my treatment and afterwards one of the front end staff came in to go over the cost and future appointments for my plan. (I am pleased with the cost of my services that I will be receiving) Everyone was professional and kind.
